Most of our in-stock items can be returned return within 7 days and we will only charge fees for delivery and pick up, if they apply. We do not take returns on mattresses, upholstery or clearance items. All items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in.
Most of our items are custom, specialty orders and so it is difficult for us to accept returns on them. Since these items were custom built specially for you, we unfortunately cannot cancel any order nor issue any refunds for them. If an issue does develop unexpectedly and you cannot take what you have ordered, we will always try our best to see if there are any possible options for you in regards to costs, but sadly we cannot guarantee anything.
