Responding to the need for quality living room furniture, Alvin Jr. and his wife, Inez, founded AJ’s Furniture in 2000. Combining his previous expertise as a kitchen chair craftsman with the upholstery experience of his mother-in-law, Fannie, they began building high-quality mission style sofas and chairs. Today this family-oriented business has grown to encompass a full line of living room furniture including recliners, gliders, morris chairs, rockers, and occasional tables. Each of these individually handcrafted pieces uses the highest quality seating foam and hardwood lumber available.
