There are lots of options to get furniture to most of New England! (We don’t typically do business outside of NE but if you know us and want us to help with a long distance delivery we’re glad to take a look.)
Our delivery program is set up for efficiency and simplicity. We know many of you appreciate our low prices and hate to add on too much more for home delivery. It can be a bit confusing for a customer so read through and call us and we can advise you of the option we would use for your delivery.
Green Zone
All furniture orders in this zone ship into our Barrington, NH location and are delivered on our trucks for $169 regardless of the size of the order. This is inside white glove delivery. For items purchased on clearance inside delivery is $225. We do not deliver clearance items outside the Green Zone (pickup only).
Blue Zone
This part of New England we cover with our truck and independent delivery companies. The choice of delivery service is based on your location/size of your order and is determined by Hubbingtons. The base price for this delivery is $299 for an assisted delivery on your end. Hubbingtons will send out your order with one delivery person and you need to provide a strong capable additional person on your end. Our goal here is complete inside delivery but that will be contingent on the skill of the additional person your provide. ($2000 minimum/orders only–no clearance/delivery at store convenience)
Yellow Zone
This includes northern NE, the coastal islands, and the rest of the continental USA. Let us know what you are looking for and we’ll let you know if we have a preferred delivery company that we can use for your delivery. These orders would all be quoted for delivery costs.
How Delivery Works:
Green Zone
We do these deliveries typically on Friday & Saturdays. We’ll call you when your order arrives complete and let you know the next time we will be in your area. With delivery being on our truck, we do collect all required sales tax for your state.
Blue Zone
We advise you at the time of order if we will deliver your order on our truck or by independent service, and whether collecting state tax is required. Although we cannot take requests for certain times, you can ask for your furniture to be held for the next delivery cycle if the current schedule doesn’t work for you.
Yellow Zone
Depending on the delivery service, we will quote and advise you on how this will work.

We have the easiest shipping/delivery systems within New England. We try to keep most of our business within New England to assure that we can easily deliver, and service any purchases if necessary. Don’t despair if you are not from New England, we still have some options to help you. In some cases, it’s just better to give you a good education and then help you find a retailer closer to you where you can also get a good price!

Most customers in New England can complete their purchase online and of course, can always stop by one of our stores and get a first hand impression of our products. Those outside our standard delivery zones can make their purchase online but we will not move forward until we confirm delivery options.
When Your Order is Ready
All of our deliveries are quoted as inside, white glove delivery and include normal delivery access. We cannot always guarantee inside, white glove delivery to exactly where you want, so please be sure to order furniture that will fit in your home.
How long will this process take?
Once you place an order with us, you will be informed on an approximate completion date. Remember that because we are dealing with custom built furniture, things do take time! If you have chosen home delivery, expect a few weeks longer than the completion date for the delivery date. For various reasons (weather, holidays, etc.) things do sometimes run late. If a delay looks like it might occur with your order, we will let you know and keep you informed and updated on when it will be expected.

In-stock Items
Most of our in-stock items can be returned return within 7 days and we will only charge fees for delivery and pick up, if they apply. We do not take returns on mattresses, upholstery or clearance items. All items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased in.
Specialty Orders
Most of our items are custom, specialty orders and so it is difficult for us to accept returns on them. Since these items were custom built specially for you, we unfortunately cannot cancel any order nor issue any refunds for them. If an issue does develop unexpectedly and you cannot take what you have ordered, we will always try our best to see if there are any possible options for you in regards to costs, but sadly we cannot guarantee anything.
